Uploaded file disappears after x hours

hi,
When I upload a mp4 to my free domain (http://mxmusic.x10.mx/videos/World Builder_NEW.mp4), it stays there for many hours, but the next day it has magically disappeared. When I upload a text document it stays there fine.

I'm using XP limited account. Should I upload as admin? The permissions are the same as other mp4s I've uploaded before. Any suggestion to sort this would be greatly appcreciated.

There is a 10MB file size cap. Files larger than 10MB have a 4-hour time to live (so you can install software or create/restore backups and the like). You would need to have an upgraded account (Prime) to keep larger files, but the upgrade path isn't in place at the moment (it's being revamped and hasn't been redeployed yet) so that's not currently an option.
