Well after a couple of years with my site in x10 hosting, being satisfied with your service and fulfilling all requirements I want to ask unmetered space for my account .

For verification purposes, please could you post from the forum account associated with your hosting account? You can do this by going to "Support" at the top of cPanel, and then clicking "Visit Forums".

I thought my account pumpmania.x10host.com was linked to this forum account, when I follow the steps you posted it shows the forums but ask me to login or register. Is there a way to link this forum account to my hosting account? or How can I know if there are another forum account linked to my hosting account?

I think I solved this little problem by myself.

I had to change my theme from cPanel x3 to x10 Basic and then follow your steps in order to know what my forum username is, this is weird because this account have another contact email different from my hosting account. Well I hope this is enough to get Unmetered Disk Space. Thanks in advance.
