Probably Stupid Noob Question

I can't connect to my server via FTP? I'm using FileZilla. I get:
Status: Resolving address of xo6.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.7:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of xo6.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.7:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Help?

I use ftp.XXXXX.x10.mx where xxxxx is my site name I created. Your's is probably x06?
I leave all the passive/active stuff etc to default or automatic
No Port number, I'm sure it defaults to 21 as it should
Protocol: FTP - File Tranfer Protocol
Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS
Login type Normal:
Login name is not the same as login for cpanel. Looks like an email address Name@XXXXXX.x10.mx again the x's are the same as site name used above in the ftp.

Sorry if this seems logical and redundant but just thought I'd toss in a suggestion since no one has posted is 10 days.
