Site not working. 403 Error, Please help

Hello

i am using http://bharatrana.x10.mx/

Site was working fine and I didn't change any setting.

However, When I tried to checked it today, It says

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

and on Title bar is said 403 Forbidden.

When I checked self help support by X10. It says

403 Forbidden

• Your files or directories may have incorrect permissions. You can manage permissions from within the cPanel File Manager or through FTP. All files should have permissions of644, and directories should be 755.
• A rule in your .htaccess file might be denying your request.
• Your request might be being blocked by mod_security because it looks suspicious. Please post on the forum.

1- I checked all permission are per above.
2- No that kind of rule.

Maybe blocked by mod_security. So, Please Un-block.

Thanks for reply and fixing.

I have checked with the site and its say 0 entries. I don't have a fix IP address, its keep on changing. Also, I access this site from my work place and home. This

So probably someone at work place. But rest assured, I don't spam.

I'm getting these errors too.

My site is at:

How do I fix this after checking it already with directory and folder permissions. All correct except at ftpquota at 600 permission.

I believe I don't violate any rule.

I need help. My site is all written from scratch and I worked hard to build it and with this happening, it feels like all are wasted.

It's fine now. Thank you for the fix. I believe the server had a little maintenance.

I am hoping to hear something because until now I'm so curious.

However, I'm so happy it's again running.
