Prime/Illuminated Upgrades

Whenever I click on the Prime or the Illuminated upgrades links, the page that returns is blank. I've asked this before (about a year ago...ish), but when are Prime or Illuminated Upgrades going to be available again? I would really like to purchase one of these so my site doesn't keep getting deleted for inactivity.

Tip, logging into your own website does not keep your account alive...

FTP'ing -:- and cPanel direct logins -:- and logging into the forums -:- and logging into your own website - do not count
now all you need to do - and the only way for it to count towards the requirement of x10hosting's Terms of Service (TOS) - is log-in to your account - with no than 30 days after your last log-in - at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

be sure to keep all of your installed (non SiteBuilder) scripts up to date - such as Wordpress or Joomla or SMF...

be sure your connection allows communication through port 2083 as well - workplaces, schools and public access points frequently do not let you use that port

be sure to have a working Web site winthin five (5) days after you open (setup) your free-hosting account

I found the 2016 thread, but I don't see anywhere in there where Corey talked about re-enabling prime/illuminated

Upgrades are in the process of being revamped and should be returning soon, though I haven't been provided with an estimate on this.
