Hello, my website was suspended due to inactivity, I logged in and clicked the button to remove the suspension, it said to wait a few minutes. I clicked back on to my cpanel today and the suspensions still hasn't been removed. Can a moderator/admin assist me with this problem?

Thanks so much!

I don't see an account associated with this forum account.

By logging into the account in question and going to "Support" -> "Visit Forums", on that landing page you will see the details of the linked forum account, as well as have an option to link an existing account.

You need to open cPanel before seeing the support option though

How do I associate my accounts?
log-in to the portal at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ] - click on [ open cPanel ] --> at top of page click on [ Upgrades and Support ] --> at [ Free Web Hosting ] click on [ Visit Forums ] - which will provide you with information about your currently linked forum account (if any) and give you an option to switch to another existing forum account at [ Already have an account? ]

I cant get to the cPanel because my hosting account was suspended for inactivity. Is there any other way to verify?
