2 free accounts, 1 is for non-profit association

I would like to create a free web hosting account for a non-profit homeowners association website. But because I already have a personal free account, I don't want to risk suspension of either account by violating the TOS restriction on multiple accounts. In the case of non-profits, to avoid suspension, the TOS allows for the marking of multiple accounts accessed from a single location.

Can I safely proceed with setting up the non-profit homeowners association account?
