Cant properly edit or insert anything into my table

I logged into phpmyadmin earlier today and generally if I click insert obviously it showed my columns that I enter my values for, today it didn't.
this is what i seem to get when I click insert. Even clicking search it does something similar to it as well. Any ideas? Also my table values are still visible it just wont let me insert anymore or edit the values.

Yeah it is irritating me because I have things I need to enter into my tables and I can't insert, edit or search for anything in my table.
