error creating databases

After creating db an error always shows:

Can't create/write to file '/dev/shm/#sql_96b_0.MAI' (Errcode: 13 "Permission denied")

The same occurs when running creation scripts (alter table add indexes etc.).

It seems related to the fact that tmp dir is set tot /dev/shm:

x10hosting, Please fix this, I'm tired of testing with other db managers like adminer and 1001 more testings.

Experience is identical to mine as I indicated in my thread. Others are reporting similar experience.

General Error Can't create/write to file

Just for kicks I also tried fresh installs of phpbb and MyBB and have run into the same errors reported by others.

FYI I'm on x04.
