Can I change the email associated with my account?

1. Log in at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
2. Click [Open cPanel]
3. Click "Settings" in the top-rightish (assuming you're using x10x3 theme)

Thanks. Looks like I started that process a long time ago and simply never confirmed my new email address.

Here's a related follow-up. Are all the forum usernames still automatically generated based on email address? Is there any way to change this?

They are still automatically generated, however if I'm not mistaken they are based on the domain you use for your hosting at this time rather then the email.

Only way to change forum name is to create a separate forum account, you should also be able to link another existing forum account to your hosting account, allowing you to switch which forum account is associated for support reasons.
