New version of index.html isn't showing up

Hi,

I built a website in dreamweaver then updated it to x10. But the new version of my index.html file isn't showing up when I try accessing it from the browser. I thought this was really odd. Is it something with TTL? Or browser cache?

How can I fix it?

What's your website URL?
Have you cleared your browser cache?
Where did you upload your files to?
Maybe it was a different folder?

I uploaded it to public_html both times
I tried several broswers.

cpanel file manager shows the newer version. But the older version is the live site.

It always happens to me when I do not clear the cache of the browser.

I realized the problem. I think it's on Dreamweavers side. I updated the index.html file and tried to push the new changes. It says it pushed and the file manager confirms that, but text never changed. I went into the code editor and copied and pasted the changed code and it worked.

Yes. I had to manually edit the html file on the server. I don't plan on changing the site much as of now, so it's not too bad of a solution. At least I figured out where the issue is.
