In the cPanel under Software and Services you'll see "Select PHP Version"

Choose Version 7.0 from the dropdown and click Set as current.

There isn't "software and services" section in my cpanel, only "my websites", "domains", "email accounts", "databases", "upgrades" and "support". And none of them have any option to set PHP version. I use a free account.

You'll need to click "Switch theme" in the upper right, only the full cpanel theme (cpanel x3) have that option. The basic is a simplified theme with only the most commonly used functions available.

Thank you, I didn't know there were two cpanels.
