CSS not working.

I uploaded my css file for my website and its not working! I've tried disabling varnish and I've looked through EVERYTHING. My website is doggochat.com Please help me out.

Works fine on my end. Have you tried clearing your cache?

It either doesn't work for me or it's really bad UI. I do see some repeating background patterns but everything else is jammed at the top left of the screen, making me think the CSS design isn't working.

Almost always, that means the CSS file has been uploaded to the wrong location or the link reference in the HTML file is specifying the wrong address for the CSS file.
