Addon domain: This site can’t be reached

Hi x10,
Could you please help me check this issue with my account for the domain http://npsupermarket.com.au as it is not working at the moments.
But it works for this subfolder http://tlglobalfoods.x10host.com/npsupermarket.com.au/ or this subdomain (result of adding addon domain): http://npmarket.tlglobalfoods.x10host.com.
This domain is added to addon domain under user account tlglobal. I added the domain to x10hosting without errors but when I check on browsers I always got error of "This site can’t be reached".
The domain name is set correctly to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com in my domain as you can see in whois lookup.

You might need to clear your cache. I get a page showing "Site Opening Soon" regardless of which of the above urls I use.

Thanks mate, it's correct. This is my mistake, I should have checked the cache as I knew this type of issue before.
