account suspension issue

My account was suspended at some point in the last 9 hours for inactivity; but I logged in and made an update about 10 hours ago. Would someone be able to tell me if there is something else you are supposed to do to avoid suspension?

The only thing that counts towards keeping your account active is logging in to the portal at: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

Editing files through ftp, or direct cpanel login, will not count, nor will visits to your own site.
