Accessing Account from Multiple Locations

Hello,

Is there any way to allow someone from another location logging in to my account? I am sharing an account with someone else but when they try to log in it says something about the account being created in Canada so they can't access it from the UK. Any help would be great.

What's in your free personnel hosting back-end others need to see?

Once a site and email is set up, usually due to the free limited features, there's nothing much else to do there, as AWStats etc. don't exist. They running a site off one of your add-on domains?

I assume X10 have things the way they are to ensure maximum security etc. for all users. Just my two cents.

Premium hosting would be the best option for someone moving around for their work. x10 has a flexible payment system and even the most costly (monthly payments) is only the price of 2 or 3 cups of coffee a month and no worry about signing in. You can always go back to free hosting at a later date when returning to the states. Just a free member that also manages a premium site for a non-profit group.
