Hi all.

I have a website and a forum on my host account.
I have 500Mb but I already reached 502MB and can´t do nothing right now.

We are a news portal with over 1000 visitors a day and we can´t stop our service.

Can someone help me?

I've checked into this further; the primary reason the original request wasn't processing was due to the site either not loading or not visibly having used most of its storage space. During my investigation however, it was identified that a nulled theme was in use on your WordPress install - the legitimate theme costs $59.00, while yours is clearly tagged as being a nulled/warez release.

Unfortunately due to the nulled theme present, we have been forced to suspend the affected account, and will not be able to lift the suspension.
