A second account with a different email?

I recently started a site at x10 and have been pleased with it. I want to build a site for a friend on a separate account with an email created just for that new site. I want to build the site and then turn the keys over to my friend (he's not good with computers), however x10's site won't let me create a second account on my IP address. My question is, can this be done? is it not allowed?

From the 'Terms Of Service' - Users may only have active a single account at any given time, signing up for multiple accounts will result in a suspension of service.
The TOS a found under the 'Legal' tab at the bottom right of each page.
