Hi,

I can't log in to my CPanel. I get the following error message:
"We've found that you're connecting with a network proxy, VPN, or Tor, and we're unable to complete your request because of this. Please disable any such service, sign out and back in."

*.x10hosting.com has always be whitelisted in my proxy settings but even when I disable my proxy completely, I still get the error.

I have the same problem... same computer and network that I've always used to access my account and can still access via FTP server.

Me too, diferent OS, PC's, direct ethernet or wifi, browsers like explorer, chrome, firefox,... nothing work. And I visited site to find if I was under any proxy, VPN, still nothing. I disabled any protection like firewall, antivirus, bloqers, nothing.

Please, help us.

Similar here. Says my IP address has changed and keeps telling me to login in again and then says authentication failed.

I can get past the x10hosting login. It's the cpanel login that fails.

It is working again this week. I am able to get into cpanel again. I did not have to do anything in particular. Just waited a few days.

Thanks
