Lost everything!- Suspended Account, Reactivated.

I logged in after realising I forgot to activiate my account (been using x10free for over 9months atleast).

Reactivated account to find that I had lost everything (website, emails, database) even though it said it would back it all up.

Any suggestions or emails I can use to contact x10 directly?

x10 does not maintain backups for free accounts. It is up to each individual to maintain their own backups and these backups should be kept on your own PC or Cloud account, not your x10 account.
