Cannot Log In Despite Premium Membership

Hi

I emigrated from UK to Sweden and I am now no longer able to access my account, please see below screenshot:

I pay for my account and when I log in it states that I am a premium member.
I have contacted support via email 8 times now.
The first time I got the response:

Despite already including in my original email that I am paying for the account.
Since then every attempt I have made to contact x10hosting has been ignored.

I am fed up of this now as I am paying for a service I can not even use.

Premium hosting does not come with a country restriction (or at least it should not to my knowledge), it doesn't use the same login portal as free hosting does (this should have been in an email you got when you upgraded), so if you are going to the free login page that might explain the error.

I have with means of pinging your domain determined that your server is s15 so using s15.infinitysrv.com:2083 should take you to the cpanel login.

For support and account details you should be loging in at https://clients.x10premium.com/login

I have no access to the supportside of premium, but I do have a vps setup and I have previously had a shared hosting account on premium hosting, so the details above are based on my personal experience as to where to login.
