Website takes forever to update in browser

Hello everyone i have a problem need help with.

I am working on a new website so of course i am updating often sending files through filezilla but with a problem. The browser when refreshing isn't updating my website as and when i make changes, for an example when i change some of the content i will upload the changes but the website doesn't update live and sometimes takes 20 minutes and a number of browser refreshes before i see any type of changes in the website content.

Is this a limitation on free accounts to take forever for websites to actually update to the new changes i make or a problem somewhere.

There is server side cache in place which is why you are seeing this delay. Great for sites once they are done, a bit less so during development. Dynamic pages usually see changes quicker then pages that are typically considered static (a html or css document is most often used for static contents).
