https://xo1.x10hosting.com is down now, and has been for at least 45 minutes. I can't reach http://weloveeats.com or http://theharveysplace.com and can't reach cPanel or the FTP server.

What on earth happened? All of my files have been decoded (literally, no code in them) & my databases are all screwed.

X10 - wth??? You realise how much effort goes in to this?
