Unable to login anymore!!

Hello everyone.

I have been using x10 to maintain my personal blog for a couple of years now, and I have to say the service is fantastic. However, now I am based in Taiwan, and I am unable to login anymore!!

So, my question is, is there any way to back up my files so I can move everything to another web hosting?

youd have to e-mail x10hosting about that.
there is nothing normal members can do about it.
especially if you ended up suspended.

If your IP is different now thats likely why you cant login now.
im not sure but maybe Taiwan IPs were on x10's blacklist.

there is a high probability that your files are already gone
and maybe your account is deleted/purged.
depending how long since your last cpanel login.

what kind of email login problem? any error messages?
