Hello,
This is for migration reason. The server on wich your website is hosted has changed. So, you have to change the ftp adress in your ftp software if you use one and/or the DNS IP in Cloudflare if you are using it.
Log in your X10 account et look at quick ftp mention to know on wich server your website has migrated.
