It usually helps to provide more information so others can try to help.
like what is your website URL ?
Are you using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login ?
Do you know what server your using ? (like x11 x12 x13 etc)
Do you see any errors or other messages ?

@ ferran

As karrx10h said when you log in using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
you will see see the quick ftp link, when you click it that opens the details.
you should see something like x15.x10hosting.com (Port 21)
as i said it would be like x11 x12 x13 etc

i checked your link http://ferran.x10host.com/ and it worked for me.
but i see you allow indexes in your .htaccess because i seen a list of files
instead the website showing an index page.

Hi,
Through the 'Quick FTP' button I can see the the site is x12.x10hosting.com. Although the error "An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry" stays when trying to access to 'Open cPanel' (the only option I see indeed -no options to access to DirectAdmin)

Interesting. ferran.x10host.com points to 198.91.81.3 and x12.x10hosting.com points to 198.91.81.12.

Well, never mind. So, as you say, you're using the x12 server, try to do the direct login "trick". Simply, go to: "https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/". Remember: username, not e-mail. The direct login requires username. I think it's "ferran". Well, you know better than anyone.

Another thing. From time to time, you should login with "https://x10hosting.com/sso/login", as this will reset the 30-days-of-inactivity counter. 30 days, I think.

There seem to be an issue with your user profile, I have alerted migration team about it so they can re-apply the transfer package.
