Hello.

My website has gone down after the removal of the classic sql.

This also could just be an erroror bug as it was working fine today earlier.

Can I have my direct admin factory reset to see if this fixes the issue.

as far as i know free users do not have the website builder anymore.
ever since the change to DirectAdmin instead of cpanel.
unless it was installed back to the servers and i havent heard of it.

You install it with the auto installer.

You have to use the Select PHP Version tool from DirectAdmin, under the Extras menu. You can enable the extension, which will require an old version of PHP as well, probably the 5.X branch.

It appears that the php is down and damaged from my direct admin panel.

I have tried all versions. I did the the 5x version one and gave it a go.

It wont pick up the php at all.

Can I have my panel factory reset and / or repaired?

I don't mind at this point, time is more valuable.

I'll ask an admin to look at your configuration. I don't think there's a reset button, but they're all good at diagnosing problems.

Still waiting for the sitepad to be fixed or troubleshooted.

If I can get working this week that would be awesome.

Im trying to get my site up and running.

Can you try with the 5.x version again now? I ran a command that would correct any issues that may have been present with the php version selector. This would be the most likely culprit based on information given.

Don't forget to make sure you have the proper mysql extension enabled as well
