Resolved error message trying install wordpress Softaculous Apps Installer

Hello

I got this message when I'm trying to install wordpress ->Softaculous Apps Installer

The following errors were found :

There were some errors in decompressing the package files.


Any solution? thanks

I dont use wordpress myself,
But id suggest getting the full install from the wordpress website,
as the one in Softaculous has caused problems in the past.
maybe staff or another user that had the same problem can help you.
but normally x10 would not provide script support accept by another user.
just my opinion though.

I think Softaculous seems to work a little better because it's preconfigured to work with your account. However, there aren't a lot of clear error messages that give you things to try; usually just a vague reason why it stopped.

I would guess that your account is close to running out of disk space, so definitely check that right away.

You can try the standalone installer as well. That may give a different error.

1) you should start a new thread instead of using someone elses post.
2) make sure you do not have any backups stored in your
root/domains/yourdomain/public_html
3) you need to be using at least 75% of total disk space.
then create a new post requesting an increase in disk space.
