Resolved This site can’t be reached

Website URL: http://5crumbs.tk does not connect.
I can log in via https://x10hosting.com and clicking on 'Open cPanel' to access files.
However, trying to connect to the URL produces the following message:

This site can’t be reached
5crumbs.tk took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I may have the same issue as this post - DNS did not transfer correctly:

Your DNS is for the old server xo6. Please update the DNS at your registrar to your new server x11 at 198.91.81.11

When I check in cPanel, my DNS shows records pointing to 198.91.81.11. Am I missing something?

It's working for me now, but I'm getting a 500 error. Check your error logs through DirectAdmin and it will tell you why.

If you're still having problems logging in to DirectAdmin please clear your cache and try resetting your password https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/forgotten
