Getting the "Apache is functioning normally" message mentioned in one of the sticky threads. My website was probably deleted (despite the fact that I was logging in every time I got the prompt, but maybe that wasn't working during the migration).

If possible, restoration would be preferred. I haven't changed it in quite a while, but I should have a local copy somewhere if needed.

I would also like to upgrade to premium now that I have resources to do so. How would I go about doing this?

As for upgrading to premium, i think you can do that by using the links
on their main page. https://x10hosting.com/

with free accounts, if you didnt login within last 30 to 40 days
you likely got suspended and your account may have been deleted.
that process is automatic.

restoration depends if an admin/staff have access to the files.

Your last login was 11 months ago, and the normal inactivity period is one month, so you're a bit outside of that. Please read and understand this post here:

You can provide your free hosting information to the x10premium staff through the ticket system at https://clients.x10premium.com once you have an account, and they may be able to help. Just in case they can't I'm flagging this for help from the free staff as well. I believe there is a notes field on the signup screen; you can put your old user name there.

Since the account was actually terminated as inactive, you will need to open a ticket with premium service once you signed up to have them get it from the backup server and apply to your account. The automated migration won't find the account du to it not actually being on the free server at this time.

I'm suggesting this since otherwise it would be cPanel account migrates to a DirectAdmin account and then back to a cPanel account (premium hosting still uses cPanel), my thinking is that going cPanel - cPanel would cause for the least issues.
