Please keep in mind:
* An admin will review your account
* Everything needs to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service
* No backups of your account
* No files you don't have permission to distribute
* No files unrelated to your site
* Most of your account space must be in use already

Requesting admin assistance.

I have increased your available diskspace.

Please make sure to limit the space for backups (the backups for your two wordpress takes up a fair bit of site, but since they are only one backup per site I find it reasonable to allow), backups are generally best stored offsite in case something happens to your account.

It's most likely not related. Can you please try logging out and clearing your browser cache?

I just disconnected, clear cache and reconnected but it keeps giving the error.

Try clearing cookies, specifically the session cookies related to x10hosting.

Hello, I have already deleted the cookies but it still does not enter.

I have tried from several computers and mobiles, but it gives an error in all.
From the link https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222 it does come in.

I have two domains on this server, when entering one I get an error 500, but with the other there is no problem.

It has not worked for about 2 weeks.
Please, I would like it to be fixed before my account expires.

Your account won't expire because of this.

If you use a mobile and use mobile data (not wifi) do you see any different result?

When I use mobile data I see the same result.

Can someone help me? I've been waiting for an answer for 5 days. I've already cleared cache and cookies many times and it doesn't work. I need my operational website.

free account support is not the same as paid account support.
free account users help other members helping IF they can.
and official staff is not always available to reply in the forums.

you will need to remain patient for staff to reply.
