Hi Guys

I am able to login to my account, and my website is accessible, however I cannot access DirectAdmin.

I keep getting the message: We're experience trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign-out and try again.

My username and password are being accepted. I even reset my password and logged in again, but still the same issue.

Hope you can help

Please try clearing cookies (specifically session cookies related to x10hosting), clearing cache may also be needed.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I am still unable to access DirectAdmin. I have tried multiple browsers in standard and incognito modes!

Hi Guys, any update on this? I am concerned that my website will be deactivated because I haven't accessed DirectAdmin. Even though I am trying.

Until a staff member can reply, have you read other posts ? like this 1
it might be a similar issue or it may help with your problem.
