Thank you for that detailed reply. I can't seem to get into the DS Manager in Godaddy. So i can't add or reset zone files. I called Godaddy support and they told me to re-input x10hosting's NS and wait till tomorrow. If it doesn't work then to call them back.

I don't know why you think free service does not deserve proper support because at the end of the day free hosting is not given out by kindness but as a business model that free customers if they are happy with the service then they will become paid customers. Likewise I have a current issue...
