AFAIK, Not possible unless you were to point the domain to x10hosting as an addon domain. If you do you could either use x10s mail servers or something like google apps by setting mx entries but it would definitely require the domain to be pointed to x10hosting.

Are you setting these up for a 3rd party mail exchange server such as gmail? Or trying to restore default? Also in the screenshot I think you might of left off the v but typically you would provide mx entrees for 3rd party mail exchange servers and otherwise not need to modify it. Check this...

Hmm mine is no longer working again. I am guessing my IP changed back to one the script that thinks I'm on a proxy or VPN disliked :( With hughesnet a lot of the time my dynamic IP's originate from Texas but at the moment its Woodburn, OR. Also you should still be able to access your FTP...
