I FOUND A SOLUTION: I TRIED TO DEACTIVATE IT AUTOMATICALLY ON THE DASHBOARD, BUT IT DIDN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE, SO I MANUALLY DISABLE THE PLUGINS FOLDER BY RENAMING IT AS THIS LINK STIPULATED IN THE C-PANEL ON THIS WEBSITE, THEN DELETE plugins 1 by 1, what normally cause this issues for me is...
