Everytime i try to open my website it shows me "account resources limit reached for last hour" I dont know which scripts are using up resources. i have even disabled traffic to wordpress, and still it shows me.

I am unable to login to phpmyadmin. Login name and password both are correct. Just cant get it. It shows me that the username and pass are incorrect. Help me ASAP.
