i was trying to change it to a different ip but i accidentally set it to a cloudflare ip while you were looking at it apparently, that is unrelated to the issue i set the NS records back to x10hosting's but now when going to pinguincheese.tk it just says 'Apache is functioning normally'

I am using DirectAdmin's built in file manager. I am using NS records for the .tk domain, so wouldn't it automatically update the ip?
