I have a Premium acct for a domain, but this is for a different project that I need to test in a "live" setting. I don't like to setup a domain and hosting until I have most of the bugs worked out in the site. That is why the free site is best for testing things.

Is there anyway to unsuspend that old account? I thought it was tied to this email. When I try to log in with this email in the front end it seems to acknowledge that the account existed under that email but was suspended, taking me back to the create new account which of course is not working...

it is kind of intermittent. When it happens, Filezilla stops at "Connection established, waiting for welcome message..." and nothing happens after that. Eventually it will time out and just say "Could not connect to server". I can't tell you more than that. I am able to connect right now...

Yep. been using ftp here for a number of years. always setup the same way. but now it is not working properly. Have had this issue for several days. Need staff to check it out. if X05 is malfunctioning, then I need to be moved to a different server please.

The backup is generated directly from the website itself and is directly related to the website. It is NOT a personal file of any kind. It contains the website files and a backup of the database. Am I to understand that I am NOT allowed to backup my own site?
