    Well now my account's not suspended, but I cannot access my site. I get a Failed to Connect error in Firefox. What could be the problem?

    Unsuspended again. Not sure if they'll reject me after the 3rd unsuspension request :dunno: And zen-r the unsuspension happens almost immediately

    This is starting to get boring. My account is suspended again. Not sure why the server is treating our hosting like this. Maybe the upgrade process is still not complete. Lets wait and see what happens. But really looking forward to the issue to be resolved.

    Ppl there's nothing hard in unsuspending your accounts. Just like zen-r said. Go to x10hosting.com Provide your username and password in the login box. When you're greeted in to your account, go to the home page (of the account). On the right find a link something like Account Suspension...

    It took me around 10 minutes. But now the server seems to be down. I get a blank page instead of CPanel

    Isn't there any way to resolve this issue? I tried unsuspension and it states not applicable. What's wrong? Has the issue been brought to the notice of the staff? Edit: Ppl finally my account is unsuspended. But how do I keep track of resource usage?

    Following zer-r's guideline, I've submitted a ticket. Hoping they'll look into it ASAP. But the blank page problem was resolved this morning for me. PS: I'm in a different time zone. Lets hope we get back our sites and return to our hosting at the earliest ;)

    Y do u think submitting a ticket is dangerous. Well I just started a few days back. In a couple of days, the server went for an upgrade. I was unaware of it and thought I make a mistake and was tinkering the settings for 2 hours. Later learnt about the upgrade. Now since I'm not the only one...

    I cant log in to my CPanel. And when I launch my site, I get forwarded to http://x10lotus.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ I my site suspended too? I wasnt using anything spl. other than posting news articles. What's wrong?

    Thanks Zen-r. Next time I'll make sure I read the news section :happysad:. And any idea when the server will be back in action? Its been 2 days :dunno: I've just started my site and cant even update it.

    The CPanel has been down for 2 days now. Also I cant work with Joomla. Reports DB errors whenever the server is down
