Ok cause for me, i look at my ftp client and my directory is empty but when i look on the browser file manager i can see everything. how do i fix this?

is this happening when you view it from an ftp client?

i did that and i still cant see it or anything. refresh website??

Seriously what is going on with this server? I have clients waiting on me, and this service is just making me look bad. Yes i understand it is free, but it would be nice to know what is going on instead of people flooding forums with questions on why they can't access their domain or their site...

i've been suspended for inactivity, yet i logged in on the 22nd. I was also previously suspended for high system usage. I've never had this issue before so I don't know why i was suspended for it..i'd appreciate it if someone can explain that to me?
