I saw the announcement that Disk Space allotment has been increased. My CPanel still says 500MB alloted. What shoud I do?

When I try to bring up my site rbushlow.x10hosting.com it goes to http://rbushlow.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi. I thought maybe it was suspended for inactivity, but there is no notice and I can't seem to reactivate it. Can anyone help? Thank you.
