I used cgi scripts on my pages for years. When did the policy change?

I have had perl scripts working from various sub-directories on my site for years. Like http://tabordl.pcriot.com/pond/bin/show_pic.cgi?water-20030617 I made no changes and they have stopped working. What gives? I admit that it's been a while since I last looked at my own pages.
