    How do you use directorys in HTML?

    If anyone can figure this out for me, then I'd be thanks. Say my index was in www, but all my files are in the glitchy folder. How do I point to that in HTML? I can't get my CSS or my pages to work.

    Can't access website or CP. FTP gets same result

    It's been like this for almost a half hour. I can't access the Admin CP, or my website. I get the same result with my FTP. I also could not log in with my FTP before this because I was getting an error that my username or password was incorrect, even though it was clearly not. Can anyone help me?
