Did you set the vitoto_vitoto0 user "all privileges" to the vitoto_expense database? and at the password is not the password used in phpmyadmin, is the password you have set for the user vitoto_vitoto0. I hope you get it stright. Tell me the result after you test this.

The design is good and i see that you have a lot of good stuff on it ;) I would suggest to move the bottom advert from google to the top (the 468x60 one), this way you can gain more profit form the website ;)

The database name must be like this: "yourname_databasename" and the user to the database "yourname_username". I hope you understand. You can try to see if the script that you have uploaded is correctly linking to the database and haves the proper user and password.
