hey, whenever i use the mail function and specify a From: user@domain.com in the header, the email is not sent, it does not throw an error, it simply does not send, if i do not use the from header field then the email is sent from what i guess is the default email...

when I use the email account x10hosting.com provides...I did a test to try to send out from there and I never received the email that I sent to gmail or yahoo. I can receive email in the x10hosting.com account, but I just can't send out from there.

I just tried to send one to gmail and it did the same thing. I didn't receive the email i sent. Could it be something else or does free members have this privilege ?

no...it doesnt give an error...after i hit the send button it goes back to the screen i was on before i sent message. im on - https://stoli.x10hosting.com:2096/3rdparty/squirrelmail/src/webmail.php - then i go to compose, write and then hit send...then it goes back to inbox. Seems like it...
