    Hello, I had my hosting account removed due to inactivity as far as I know. I would not like it restored if possible. I would just like a copy of my files in the form of a backup, just to check my data is up to date.

    Load times on cPanel and website are really slow. Sometimes I get a message saying the page is not available after a long load time.

    It is still redirecting to: /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi Domain should be going to: /home/adam552/public_html/operationpotato.com I was able to add the domain.

    Brandon restored my database! Now my domain is only problem. Apparently an admin needs to reset DNS or something ^^.

    Seem to have lost my MySql Databases and addon domain settings/data on Boru server. Cannot change domain settings due to it gives me an error saying it already exists when it does not (or it thinks it does).

    Account got suspended for inactivity on forums I think. Tried logging in to forums finally got my password back. Can't log into account management because the forgot my password feature is broken. Can't find out anything to do with suspension or how to unsuspend it. url is operationpotato.com
