Your log-in file might be corrupt. Assuming you have a back-up, use the following steps:
1 - DELETE your wp-login.php file on the server (this is necessary before you upload the new one)
2 - UPLOAD your back-up wp-login.php file
If it doesn't work, I don't know what else it could be.
Keep your add-on domain. Do not delete it. It's running a bit slow but should be up within a week. They are also working on the email system which should also be resolved within a week.
It should hopefully be working soon. But people are having trouble with these default pages right now. If it is not working after 24 hours, file a support ticket.

My site is back up on starka. FTP is still having issues though, for which I filed a support ticket. As for email, I use gmail through SMTP, which should be working fine. I'm guessing your email goes through starka, for which I don't know.
