1) Account back to active status? 2) Request switching to cPanel x3

Hello!

1) I received an e-mail "Account Inactivity Warning" and I clicked on its portal link. After logging in, there was no indication that the warning/suspension/etc. was noted. Am I back to active status?

2) I noticed on the status blog that free-hosting users have the problem self-switching to cPanel x3. I would like to switch to cPanel x3 for the time being. Is it possible, or do I have to wait until the issue is resolved?

Hi panther2,

1) Yes, your account is active and the last login date is today. A message will only be displayed when you log in if your account has been suspended. Warnings are just precautionary reminders.

2) I've now forcefully changed your account's theme from the backend to cPanel x3, as the self-switcher is having issues.
