403 Forbidden

I received an unexpected error message when navigating to my website as below: "You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/ on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.".

I'v checked that all files had permissions of 644, and directories were 755. I don't know how to solve this problem. Please someone can help? Thanks in advance.

Maybe because, you didn't set it to: /public_html

You also dont even have public_html, check file manager

The cgi_bin folder is already under /public_html. It can open the site http://tinasun.x10host.com/. But it cannot go forward anymore.
