a little question...

    If i put a html with a video that has src (source) in other web.. the size of the video will add to my account's montly bandwitch every time video is viewed??

    Yes it will add in your quota of bandwidth. Only they load it one time and the second time it just loads faster. So if your video is 10MB then it will cost you 10MB per view..
